( Restricted to within 10 miles radius of our UK Base : )
All response will be by either email or person to person calls. Call time as arranged to suit your own schedule or work loads.
We can with your permission remote into your computer to solve software
issues should they arise.
We provide an every day action line & if not able to take your call
immediately then a representative will be in contact with you within 24 hours.
We provide Backup & Restore services to suit your needs.

We have contract plans for those who require a dedicated call line which is competitively priced from just £150.00 per year plus VAT @ 17.5% for a
24/7 ~ 365 day plan with the exception of only Christmas Day & New Years Day.

Subject to a Site Survey & Subsequent meeting : We can offer a Maintenance Server Contract tailored to suit your needs :

If we are not able to resolve your issue by email, telephone or remote control.
One of our engineers will arrange an appointment with you for an onsite visit
should the need arise.
We have every confidence in our systems and our backup service. No brush off from ourselves ............We will fix your hardware or software issues that's our promise.
Components do fail eventually such as a hard drive for instance :
We can get you up & running again with the minimum of fuss in no time at all.
It's a small price to pay for complete peace of mind .......When it comes
to computers you will be glad that someone out there can come to the rescue
not just take away your machine for months on end.
